We had our 1st NGCP Christmas Party last December 15, 2009 at the Casino Español, Ramos, Cebu City. The night was so awesome. I've seen people from the different departments who I've never seen before. The ladies were so gorgeous. The gentlemen were so handsome (?)... LOL... Everyone was so INTO the occasion.
